ZTE and Ericsson open a new page for striving for the patent

The famous wireless industry ZTE and Ericsson have been fighting for their patent for some time recently.
Ericsson challenged its rival company ZTE to a throwdown. And it attempts to reach a licensing agreement failed two weeks ago. Then ZTE accepted the challenge and raised the stakes via filing a lawsuit of its own. It seemed ZTE and Ericsson exchanges their roles of both plaintiff and defendant after ZTE is suing the other for several patent infringements. And ZTE's countercharge this time may want to make a further progress on reach an accommodation between them.
In fact, we can not easily to say which party is right and which party is guilty. Maybe everyone is at fault to some degree. But now more and more high-tech industries choose patent wars as one of forceful competition means. It looks like a better way that the loser was forced to stop selling the products and services in question and provides some compensation for damages caused to the winner. Maybe the best way is to provide patent crossover license to instead of using patent war as a competition mean.

It is said that Nokia is going to embrace two Windows Phone products next year. This time no image of the phones is available, neither the phone’s confirmed features. As for the pictures below, they are Nokia X7 on the left and Nokia N8 on the right. So do you still remember the Nokia X7 that has been announced in Three UK yesterday? Well, while people is waiting for experiencing the latest Symbian software, these Windows Phone models popped out and string along with Nokia fans. Since there’s lack of phones’ images, the only way for us to illustrate the devices is via rumors: the Nokia W7 looks very much like the Nokia X7 and Nokia W8 just resembles Nokia N8.
Words on the street said that these two smartphones won’t be available until 2012, so if you are looking for Nokia’s Windows Phone, it will still take you at least one more year to have a taste. Some people like Nokia products while for some others not, just depends on what you like and how you are going to use it. Samsung Replenish pictures leaked, presenting a candybar phone with a BlackBerry style physical keyboard. Instead of the classical Samsung products’ design, this phone offers Samsung users a totally new experience. What’s more, the four dedicated Android buttons are physical rather than capacitive ones.
According to the leaked information, this device is said to be released on April 15 and availability will start from May 5 from Sprint Wireless. Till this moment there’s few words on the phone’s features, let alone the price tag. However, we still get something for you to glean: it is an Android powered device and will likely be called Replenish, meanwhile the recycled material has made it an "green" phone.
When we take a look at the photos, the thing that will probably grab our attention is the keyboard as well as the bright color, since there are few Samsung branded devices sporting a BlackBerry style front. The New BlackBerry Touch 9860 phone and Bold Touch 9900 phone are two of RIM's upcoming BlackBerry smartphones.
They both run on BlackBerry 6.1 OS platform. From the appearance these two phones do not look much different than their predecessor. But there must be some big changes under the devices' hood that should make them more competitive.
Both of these two smartphones seems rather fine. The BlackBerry Touch 9860 phone features a 3.7 inch WVGA display. Inside there is a dual-core 1.2GHz processor. And it also supports a 5MP camera with 720p video recording. Meanwhile the BlackBerry Touch 9900 phone is the very first Bold to feature a touchscreen display. From the video leaked we could conclude that they could be announced soon.
And there is news that they will hands-on in BlackBerry World in July this year. Hope more details will be unveiled in May. All will expect to hear more details and information include the BlackBerry fans. It is obvious that these two devices are gonna be really cool!

New Sony Ericsson Xperia Acro phone with 4.2 inches display leaked

Sony Ericsson Xperia Acro phone is customized version special for Japanese. It comes from Xperia arc. It seems include all the customized features such as TV Tuner, infrared and mobile wallet (NFC) like the Xperia arc. Recently a multi-angle picture was leaked. Clear look was provided.
It seems there is no xenon or dual-LED flash inside from the picture. And we could see that the Xperia Acro phone is 11.8mm thick, a litter thicker than the arc. And it does not have a concave back. This is another apparent peculiarity different from the arc from appearance. It is also a litter heavier than the arc, weighs 135g. And it features a 4.2 inches display and an 8 megapixel camera sensor. No more details could provide.

White Apple iPhone 4 is on the way?

It’s said that "when comes to Android, there’s fragmentation", here I want to say "when comes to the white iPhone 4, there’s uncertainty". And actually it takes so long for this device to be available, which is almost the same black version save for the color difference. So there comes the question: can Apple make another thousands more dollars off the white iPhone 4 simply by changing the viewing experience?
There are already plenty of rumors flying around concerning a potential release date of the white Apple’s iPhone 4, but it’s starting to look like things just might be possibly line up for this romantic device. At least, our lovely tipsters have leaked out delicious juice, saying the iPhone 4 with fashion color is to be available in the next few weeks. Thus we guess Apple wants to maximize their iPhone 4 sales before jumping to the next generation. Well, when considering the fact that Apple sticks to their product cycles pretty closely, so I just can’t figure out why they wanna release the white iPhone 4 just a few months before an iPhone 5 event. LG Revolution does not announce its official release date yet. But it seems to be available recently because it is now in the testing phase. Hope all the test is going well. Then many customers who eager for this phone will take their action ahead of plan.
This phone features a super 4.3 inches screen and it is not AMOLED display as said. And it is LTE-capable Froyo device. And it doesn’t sport a Tegra 2 processor in some news said. But it is still a popular one. You see it has an extremely impressive appearance. And it will be quite fast for the users. There is no more detail. Hope the specs of this phone will satisfy most customers as more details come to light.
And there is some report said that the LG Revolution will be landing in early May. This is not exact information for sure.

Nexus S 4G Cell Phone supports two carriers, Sprint and T-Mobile. Both versions could be pre-ordered start at Best Buy now.
Sprint Nexus S 4G Cell Phone was announced on March 21. But there is no exact information about when it will become available. And there is some news said that the phone will shipping at April 14. Hope it will arriving on time. This Nexus S 4G will cost the users $199.99 with a new two-year contract. Customers could pre-order this smartphone from Best Buy's stores since its official annunciation. And there is a rumor said that the phone is going to cost $399.99 off contract directly from Sprint. I'm not sure of this.
And on the other hand, the T-Mobile version of this smartphone will only price at $99.99. Also customers still need to sign a two-year contract. But the price is just near a half of Sprint version. That's a good deal if you don't mind the long-term contract and want a Nexus S just this moment.
There will be many people lineup to get this phone both for this two version for sure, because many persons are expecting on a 'pure Google' Android smartphone now. Let's keep an eye on this.

There’s a long time for the Nokia X7 being officially released. Now that it has been announced in London as an entertainment device, we don’t think so, since both the display and the CPU are not that powerful for entertainment.
According to the press conference, Nokia announced it as a new entertainment device for mobile gamers while another smartphone called Nokia E6 also has been released at the same time, which is targeting for business users. Honestly, I don’t think the Nokia X7 is an entertainment oriented device, and evidence comes from the fact that this candybar comes with a comparatively weak processor with 680MHz, it’s even out of date now. Google Nexus S 4G has newly passed FCC tests and we hope to know more in the coming weeks.This time I have got a piece of good news for those of you looking forward to the upcoming Google Nexus S 4G, which has got FCC approval recently. It means that the device will be made available in Sprint stores in the near future, though the delay still exists and we didn’t see it on shelves on April 6th. Never mind, we might say Hello to it on April 24th, meanwhile it will cost you $199 with a contract.
For myself, I’m really tempted on the innards of Samsung Nexus S 4G, which will be the first 4G device rocking Android 2.3 Gingerbread as well as pure Google service. The BlackBerry Orlando looks pretty solid admittedly, but the buttons on the keyboard look too small to type on it, especially for large fingers. Maybe either make the keyboard more spacious or design a highly intuitive touchwiz screen (like Curve Touch) will be better. As for other related features or specs, there’s no words on that aspect now. However, the leaked photo confirms us a front facing camera at least. BlackBerry Bold Touch is still walking its original style in this new release. It is said that the global release will start from June or July in BlackBerry World. I think this is extremely good news for those BlackBerry fans.
From the appearance this bar phone seemed solid. Under its touchscreen there is a QWERTY keyboard. This is the famous advantage of BlackBerry that could support fast typing. Samsung announce a new smartphone– Samsung Galaxy Prevail Cell Phone for Boost Mobile. It schedules to unveil the details of this new phone on April 5th in New York City.
Samsung Galaxy Prevail Cell Phone seemed to be a low-end handset. It is similar to the Galaxy Gio but with a CDMA radio and a downgraded shooter. It runs on Android operating system but no exact version. It features a 3.2 inches touchscreen and a 2 megapixel camera and a video. The camera is just so. It features a sliding 3.7 inches WVGA multi-touch screen to display. It features a 5MP camera and a 720p video recording to keep the beautiful life. It provides a QWERTY keyboard for quick input. But there are still some users complain about Verizon that it is bipolar. They do not know what the schedule of Verizon is, release or not. The Nokia E6-00 is a cute and exquisite candybar phone. Its QWERTY keyboard looks pretty nice and at the same time, the white color is full of elegance.So it’s the Nokia E6-00 in our report again thanks to a tipster from Nokia Teca forums, who has leaked the live images of this device. It’s really an elegant device by sporting a screen size in a range of 2.5 to 2.8-inch. Additionally, we no longer find it packing a glossy black exterior, instead, it resorts to having some sort of silver colored paint job, and the phone’s front is in snow white. Aside from few pieces of information, everything else as far as the availability or the price tag is pretty much in the dark, but it’s clearly shaping up to be a cute and nice Symbian^3 powered messaging candybar phone.

Looking at the phone specifically, the Nokia E6-00 is a feature-packed device that combines a touchwiz screen with a physical QWERTY keyboard. The screen is VGA, which is certainly no Retina or Super AMOlED+ display, but at that size, I think it’s just fine since the 480×360 screen on BlackBerry products still looks pretty sharp. Well, with the cute size, users can easily get it out from whatever case you have armored it with. That’s really cool things in terms of the fact that these phones can understand human being’s true feelings. From the very left phone to the far right one, we can see a serious “emotional” changes from happiness to upset maybe. So can we just say that it’s an emotional device?

For manufactures, it’s common nowadays to try their best in making devices with better features rather than a concept phone that will change its form to a random shape. So I do admire the Kyocera’s fresh idea of having such a special phone that would change shapes the way your hands would feel comfortable to hold it, it’s original. Maybe
these concept phones aren’t as competitive as other high-end smartphones in terms of the CPU or the screen or the keyboard, they could stir up some more interest in the brand at least.

Here we’re lucky enough to have the T-Mobile G2X hands-on, which has been regarded as the US version of the previous world’s first dual-core beast the LG Optimus 2X. While pricing and availability have not yet been detailed, the T-Mobile G2X appears to be a high-level Android smartphone for T-Mobile, and at the same time, it will be a cup of tea for those customers looking for devices that can fit their personalities, lifestyles and maybe budgets.

Well, let’s dive in and check out what we can get from the device. Knows as the LG Optimus 2X outside the United States, the T-Mobile G2X has inherited the simplicity and sexiness of his predecessor, I mean the G2X is still designed in an uncomplicated and restrained way. From the top, you can see the power button, HDMI output door and the headphone jack there, when turns to the left side, there’s nothing while you’ll find volume buttons. What arises my interest is the two speakers that are hidden on the bottom, that’s really special design.

When we talk to the features of the device, you can expect all the high-end specs on the LG Optimus 2X, like the NVIDIA Tegra 2 1GHz monster, Android 2.2 Froyo, etc. What’s more, there’s some improvement that makes the phone much better, that is the additional 4G network capability. So users can enjoy a much faster data speed. By the way, the most impressive spec to me is the phone’s super clear display, it looks like a mirror when turns off, which can also evoke nice feeling in hands.

Though it’s not a fully fresh device coming to US, I can’t help saying that the phone looks pretty nice and even it will look way better when you check it out in person.
